Heavy 11-gauge steel with 1 1/2" polypropylene straps and steel cinch buckles...for years of durable service. Available in configurations for one or two cylinders with a choice of semi or fylly-pnuematic rubber wheels. Optional, retractable swivel casters fold down for additional load control, or lock up when not in use.
